Mengding Ganlu

Mengding Ganlu Picking and Production Process:

The picking time of Mengding Ganlu tea is mainly concentrated around the Qingming Festival (4th or 5th April) every year. This is the time when the tea leaves are fresh and tender, and the quality is the best. The picking standard of Mengding Ganlu is one bud and one leaf at the beginning of the spread, the fresh buds and leaves are properly spread out, and the tea is fixedation at high temperature after three frying, three kneading, and three baking and shaping processes. The appearance is beautiful, light green and oily; the aroma is high and refreshing; the taste is mellow and sweet; and the soup is yellow and slightly turquoise, clear and bright. The production process of Mengding Ganlu is a complex and delicate process, and we strictly control each link in the production process to ensure the high quality of the tea.

How To Brew Mengding Ganlu:

1. Warming the cup: Take a kettle and pour about 1/3 of the volume of the cup into a clear glass teacup and carry out the boiling process to warm the cup, which has the purpose of warming the cup and further cleaning the cup.
2. Fill with water: in the cup into one-third of the capacity of boiling water, water temperature is generally between 85 and 90 ° C
